Exciting news from Scaler Design! 🚨

Last weekend, we hosted an amazing on-site user research event called Scaler Insider at our Bangalore office. We believe that connecting with users in real life provides us with more than just transactional insights. 
The event was a huge success, and we were thrilled to have a diverse group of users join us for the day. Our agenda was packed with activities designed to gather feedback and insights from our users while not missing the fun we had planned. We started with icebreaker activities followed by focus groups to discuss specific product features and moved on to user interviews, where we listened to our users' experiences and pain points. Card sorting activities followed, which helped us understand how users categorize and prioritize features. We also had an AMA session with our instructors, which provided valuable insights into our users' learning experiences.
And, of course, no event is complete without good food and goodies! We ended the day with some delicious food and swag kits for our learners.🎁


Through Scaler Insider, we were able to build strong relationships with our users and gain insights that will help us improve our products and services. We learned that user research doesn't have to be a dry and formal affair. By creating a relaxed and engaging atmosphere, we were able to have fun while gathering valuable feedback from our learners.


At Scaler Design, we're committed to creating user-centered solutions, and events like Scaler Insider are just one way we're able to achieve that goal. We believe that user research is a collaborative process and that by involving our users in the design process, we can create better products and services that meet their needs.
